Cancellation

Because the website PDF editor is currently free to use, there is no active website recurring cancellation process.

Refund review

  • Refund requests may be reviewed for duplicate charges
  • Refund requests may be reviewed where a future paid feature is charged incorrectly
  • Refund requests may be reviewed in cases of clear technical billing error

Non-refundable situations

  • Change of mind after successful delivery of any future paid digital access
  • Requests made without enough purchase or account information for verification
  • Issues caused by unsupported browser setups or misuse of the website
