Lumina Scan currently uses a one-time digital unlock model. This page explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled.

Cancellation

Because Lumina Scan premium access is offered as a one-time digital unlock and not as a recurring subscription, there is generally no ongoing subscription cancellation process after purchase.

Refund review

  • Refund requests may be reviewed for duplicate payments
  • Refund requests may be reviewed where payment succeeded but unlock failed
  • Refund requests may be reviewed in cases of clear technical billing error

Non-refundable situations

  • Change of mind after successful digital unlock delivery
  • Requests made without enough purchase or account information for verification
  • Issues caused by unsupported device setups or misuse of the app

Send refund or payment support requests to luminascanow@gmail.com with your account email, payment details, and a short explanation of the issue.

Review timeline

We aim to review billing-related support requests within 2 business days, though some cases may require additional verification time.
